JumpGo provides a simple interface across multiple platforms. It's open source and free to use.
The JumpGo Project, as we've dubbed it, is our project family for the variety of applications that carry the JumpGo™ brand-name.
This project includes applications such as JumpGo for Android, JumpGo for Windows Desktop, and JumpGo for Windows 10
Varients of these applications include JumpGo Standard™ and JumpGo Dev™
The JumpGo Project was started six years ago, in 2011, and is now building a family of cross-platform browsers for everyone to use. The goal for JumpGo is to create a browser that is secure and open source for multiple platforms, making sure the user gets the same experience on any JumpGo device.
We even went as far as to create a customized icon set and design guidlines to make sure every button you see is the same on any platform. This icon set and design guidlines are named JumpGo User Interface (JGUI).
As far as the inner-workings of the browser go, they differ for each platform. We want to use the fastest and most secure technologies for JumpGo.
On Windows desktop, we determined that the IE Trident engine provided in Windows simply isn't fast enough and is no longer being updated to our liking. JumpGo currently uses the GeckoFX.NET component with Mozilla's XULRunner to render pages quickly and efficiently. This is, however, optimized more for desktop environments where an internet connection is stable and strong. For a more mobile-pc future, the rendering engine may need to change for JumpGo for Windows.
On Android, JumpGo runs a streamlined instance of the built-in Android System Webview rather than include a full rendering engine in the application. This keeps the application lightweight and quite quick to respond to input on low-end devices.
JumpGo has many features for everyone to use. Check them out!

Bringing JumpGo to as many systems as possible is only one step in the long-run. We want JumpGo to communicate with itself on other platforms to sync your tabs across devices. This makes it even easier to continue reading or browsing the web from any device with JumpGo. The 4.5 update will allow you to do just that and stay more connected with the sites you're using.
The 4.4 update for Windows brings new features such as faster load times, better security, and an independent tab control. These updates came about acouple of years before the 4.4 update hit Android.
The 4.4 update for Android uses an updated Lightning base to improve performence while maintaining the JGUI icon set. This update also brings new features to your tabs drawer.
The Developer Edition of JG
JumpGo Dev is a fast build channel with tools for for web developers. The desktop version provides HTML editors and and active testing services. The Dev edition also exposes various components of the desktop browser to be manipulated by the user in settings.
